TM Consultants provides expert service to companies who devote time and effort through experimental development towards advancement in their particular field. We understand your priority is running your business, so we make it our business to take the burden of extra work off your desk, while benefitting your company financially.

The first step; A TM Consultants technical consultant, with background in your field, will visit your company to discuss with you the research and experimentation activity in your company.

Step two; The TM Consultants consultant will prepare a report detailing your SR&ED activity and related costs associated with the project(s).

Step three; A TM Consultants financial consultant will prepare the tax schedules and accounting documentation required to complete the SR&ED ITC claim.

Step four; TM Consultants will submit your SR&ED claim to Revenue Canada, and track its progress through the processing stage.

Final Step; Your company receives tax credit either in the form of money, tax credits or a combination of both.

SR&ED ITC claims can be made each fiscal year there is SR&ED activity. Once your claim has been approved at CRA TM Consultants will start preparation of the SR&ED documentation for the following fiscal year if there is further eligible SR&ED activity.
